• Construct classroom materials that support the goals of the course
• Prepare thoroughly for each instructional hour;

• Demonstrates publication of works identifying type (i.e., peer review), audience (i.e., journal and journal distribution), and focus (i.e., discovery, application and/or integrated knowledge focus)

• At least one (1) year of teaching experience, preferred

• Master's Degree or success completion of eighteen (18) credit hours, required;
• Graduate study in the specific discipline, preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
