BRYC in Baton Rouge seeks a Learning Associate to support 8th–11th graders transitioning to high school and ACT prep. The LA will use BRYC’s curriculum to teach SRL and SEL and guide Fellows in applying these skills to homework with mentors.
The role emphasizes building trusting, equitable relationships with Fellows, guardians, and BRYC staff, helping cultivate a supportive culture around SRL/SEL and BRYC’s experience. Evenings, 4:00–7:30pm, one to two nights weekly.
