Insight Global is seeking to hire a Lead Electrical Engineer for one of our clients in Baton Rouge, LA. This role involves overseeing and providing technical direction to a team of engineers and designers across various projects. As the lead, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all electrical deliverables, establishing design criteria, planning and organizing team workflows, maintaining project control, checking and approving work by other engineers, and ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering

A minimum of 10 years of experience of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering

Must be able and willing to obtain PE if not already obtained

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience collaborating with and working for EPC companies

Strong chemical background

Extensive consulting experience

Experience with ETAP, SKM, or Easy Power
