This is a newly created Maintenance Engineer position and visible role with the ability to assist with leadership responsibilities.
- Will be the leader on the mechanical integrity program including PM schedules, equipment inspection, and repair plans.
- Rank rotating and fixed equipment based on breakdown risk to ensure safety-critical assets are managed.
- Participate in asset health reviews regarding pumps, valves, and piping.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on bad actors.
- Justify funding for major upgrades.
- Manage the CMMS.
- Own the Management of Change Process.
- Work directly with vendors and contractors.
