• Engage with clients to assist in creating permit conditions that align with their business goals
• Manage projects, including budget development, team leadership, and product delivery
• Support program marketing through proposal preparation and client outreach
• Navigate air permit applications through regulatory processes and negotiate permit conditions
• Conduct technical analyses related to air permitting and compliance with regulations

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Environmental Engineering, Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of air permitting or similar experience, including 3+ years in project management
• Strong knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations
• Proven ability to provide leadership, mentoring, and technical direction for staff
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to client service

• Experience with air dispersion modeling analyses, including AERMOD and AERSCREEN
• Familiarity with Best Available Control Technology (BACT) analyses and air operating permits
• Knowledge of the Clean Air Act (CAA) and related regulatory frameworks
