We are seeking an experienced Civil Municipal Infrastructure Lead to take ownership of complex municipal projects and provide technical and people leadership within a growing civil engineering group. This role is suited to a senior engineer who enjoys combining hands‑on technical oversight with mentoring and leading a medium‑sized delivery team. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality infrastructure solutions for public‑sector and municipal clients, with a particular focus on water resources and water/wastewater systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal civil infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
- Provide technical oversight, quality control, and engineering direction across Municipal Water Resource/Coastal Projects.
- Manage and mentor a medium‑sized team of engineers and designers, supporting professional growth and performance.
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Review designs, reports, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and delivery in collaboration with project managers.
- Contribute to business growth through proposal development, scope definition, and client relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (active and in good standing).
- Strong background in water resources and municipal infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience providing technical leadership or managing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with municipal or public‑sector clients.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to balance technical expertise and team leadership responsibilities.
