HVAC Systems Operator

• Monitor and operate HVAC systems for semiconductor clean rooms and facility areas to ensure stable environmental conditions for production, including Chilled Water, Heating Water, Makeup Air, Recirculation Air, Exhaust, CDA (Clean Dry Air), PV (Process Vacuum), and General HVAC systems.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for HVAC equipment such as AHUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and control systems.
• Respond promptly to HVAC alarms and emergencies to minimize impact on production and environmental conditions.
• Support commissioning and start-up activities for new HVAC installations and system upgrades.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of HVAC system status, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve temperature, humidity, and airflow issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and site-specific safety and operational standards.
• Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance system reliability.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred); equivalent work experience considered.
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, or other science and engineering disciplines, are welcome to apply.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC systems operation and maintenance; semiconductor or advanced manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiar with chilled water systems, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC control systems.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.
• Basic knowledge of SMART monitoring systems and predictive maintenance tools is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills; basic English communication skills preferred.
• Flexible to support shift operations and on-call responsibilities when needed.
