Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications for civil works.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site.
- Manage contractor billing and claims processing.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve design-related issues.
- 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (site engineering).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of building construction processes, including estimation, execution, and project management.
