We are seeking an experienced Global
Change Consultant to support a global Manufacturing Excellence (MANEX) program. This role will act as the on-site transformation lead, driving the implementation of standardized production processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the Baton Rouge facility.
The objective is to maximize production output and operational efficiency within existing infrastructure, aligned with global program standards.
Key Information- Work Mode: On-site (with occasional travel to North American sites)
- Duration: Contract / Long-term assignment
- Act as the on-site transformation lead, interfacing with global program stakeholders
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased production and efficiency
- Drive standardization of manufacturing methods in alignment with global objectives
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage project work streams, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure effective change management and adoption of new processes at the site level
- Monitor performance metrics and support KPI tracking initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global environment
- Support knowledge sharing and best practice implementation across sites
- Travel occasionally to other North American facilities as required
- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial operations
- Background in chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas industries
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience managing projects in industrial or plant environments
- Familiarity with North American hazardous area regulations (e.g., NEC, OSHA, CEC)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
- Based near Baton Rouge, LA or willing to relocate
- Experience working in large-scale transformation or operational excellence programs
- Exposure to multi-site or global manufacturing environments
