- Provide general project management support to the project manager and the team.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, standards, practices, and specifications.
- Facilitate timely engineering reviews of vendor quotes.
- Periodic vendor visits to monitor the progress
- Coordinate the internal Engineering activities within different offices of Aquatech and with the external
- Coordinate engineering responses to RFI from the subcontractor
- documents, and closure to achieve approved status.
- Follow up on Project action items to ensure timely closure.
- Create and distribute monthly Project Team updates.
- Prepare project schedules in MS Projects or Primavera P6 per project requirements
- Support correspondence with customers via the Project Manager.
- Compile the RFB for EPC Contractors
- Work autonomously without constant guidance.
- Interpreting specifications related to engineering equipment.
- Decision-making ability and leadership skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Able to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to work with multiple disciplines.
- Ability to use SAP software.
- Ability to use MS Projects and Primavera P6.
- Experience in using estimating software like RS Means, Sage (formerly Timberline), is an advantage
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
- Five (5) years of experience in a project-related industry is preferred.
- Prior water/wastewater infrastructure project experience preferred.
