Chief Engineer

Corporate Realty seeks a Chief Engineer to lead all building systems operations across a portfolio of commercial properties in the Gulf South. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems, manage vendors and onsite technicians, and ensure reliable, cost-effective performance. This role drives preventive maintenance programs, capital planning, and energy efficiency initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll partner closely with property management and project management teams to support tenant build-outs, diagnose complex issues, and deliver responsive, high-quality service aligned with our client-focused culture.
