This Opportunity
The Senior Power Delivery Project Manager provides technical, administrative, and commercial project management leadership for the development, execution, delivery, and monitoring of Power Delivery projects, including electric transmission, distribution, and substation initiatives, within a defined geographic region, utility client base, or technical discipline. Supports utility capital programs and Power Delivery portfolios by ensuring all responsibilities across the full project lifecycle—including proposal development, project planning and startup, engineering coordination, procurement, construction execution, schedule and cost control, reporting, and project closeout—are executed, documented, and audited in accordance with WSP project management standards, Power Delivery best practices, and client requirements.
Provides practical leadership, process improvement, and innovative solutions to address schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder management challenges within a dynamic, regulated, and evolving Power Delivery and energy infrastructure environment.

This position will be based out of Texas or Louisiana with the ability to work remotely from any mutually acceptable location in the southeast region. You must have the ability to travel to a WSP and/or Client office for periodic face to face meetings.

Your Impact- Provide Power Delivery project management leadership for large‑scale and complex utility infrastructure projects, ensuring clear task ownership, schedule accountability, and delivery milestones across transmission, distribution, and substation scopes; prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, earned value, hours and expenses, monitor external risks and contingencies, and ensure contractual compliance and successful delivery of assigned Power Delivery project portfolios.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies for utility clients, internal leadership, engineering teams, contractors, and regulators, maintaining strong relationships and providing timely reporting on project status, risks, and performance. [
- Provide guidance during pursuit, initiation, and project startup phases, supporting Go/No‑Go decisions, contract and commercial reviews, pricing strategies, delivery risk assessments, and mitigation planning for Power Delivery and utility capital projects
- Participate in and support the technical and commercial aspects of contract negotiations, client presentations, scope alignment discussions, and project execution meetings with IOUs, IPPs, cooperatives, and public power clients.
