The barback is responsible for supporting the bartender in the daily operations of the bar. A smile, kindness, courtesy, and industry knowledge are all prerequisites of the job. Responsibilities include performing duties according to company policies, procedures, internal controls, gaming board guidelines, and state liquor laws.

• Stocking the bar with supplies and inventory
• Preparing garnishes and ingredients for cocktails
• Cleaning and maintaining the bar area
• Assisting the bartender in serving drinks to customers
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Ensuring that the bar is well‑stocked and organized at all times

• High School Diploma / GED equivalent (required)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Prior experience as a barback or similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
