Event Staff

(Baton Rouge, Louisiana):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Event Staff to support a variety of events including festivals, corporate functions, conventions, concerts, and private gatherings. The Event Staff will assist with event setup, guest services, and breakdown while ensuring a positive and professional experience for attendees and organizers.

• Assist with event setup including tables, chairs, signage, and equipment
• Greet guests and provide directions or event information
• Manage registration or check-in areas for attendees
• Support food and beverage service areas when required
• Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Assist with crowd flow and guest services during events
• Support event breakdown and cleanup after event completion

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment
• Reliable transportation to event locations in the Baton Rouge area
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

All cashiers and concessions employees must possess a valid parish barcard.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds as needed for setup and breakdown
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Frequent bending, lifting, and moving equipment or event materials
