* As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services
* Lead and manage multiple external audit engagements from planning through execution and finalization.
* Provide guidance and support for professional development and career growth.
* Monitor and enforce adherence to internal quality control procedures and auditing standards.
* Contribute to the growth and development of the audit practice by sharing industry knowledge and insights.
* Oversee the preparation and presentation of audit reports, including financial statements and management letters.
* Uphold the highest standards of integrity, objectivity, and professionalism in all audit activities.##

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field
* 8+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience
* CPA* Experience with commercial clients## Preferred/Desired

Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field
* 3+ year of supervisory experience
