Duties and Responsibilities:- Verify all the required documentation has been provided which includes the retail contract, credit application(s), purchase agreement, title application, invoice/JD Power valuation, insurance documentation, documentation for additional products purchased, EFCU Financial membership application, proper identification, and any other stipulations required by the underwriters.
- Verify all signatures and initials are acquired.
- Compare dealer call back sheet (loan approval) to retail contract received.
- Determine sufficiency of collateral according to published EFCU Financial Indirect Lending Guidelines.
- Verify debt-to-income ratio is within the Credit Union’s guidelines.
- Calculate and verify loan-to-value and backend products are within the Credit Union’s guidelines.
- Verify and calculate proof of income.
Salary range begins at $20 per hour based on experience.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year to three years of lending or related experience in a bank and/or credit union.
- Knowledge of Federal and State financial institution laws and regulations pertaining to deposit, loan, and electronic products and services.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to respond to a competitive and rapidly changing financial service environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Must pass all credit and bond requirements.
