Citizens Bank & Trust is seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values accuracy, and wants to build a career in community banking. As a Teller, you will be one of the first people our customers meet. You'll process a variety of banking transactions, provide outstanding customer service, and help build lasting relationships while learning the banking industry from experienced professionals.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to every customer.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately.
• Balance your cash drawer and follow established cash handling procedures.
• Assist with a variety of branch operational duties.
• Identify customer needs and refer banking products and services to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred; banking experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.
