Member Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Solutions Specialist to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Collections Specialist and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively assist our members with their account needs and resolve outstanding balances.

• Manage and resolve member account collections in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate with members to discuss outstanding balances, payment options, and account status.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns related to their accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction and account accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to assist members with solutions that meet their financial needs.

• Proven experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software related to collections and member account management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
