At Campus Federal, our mission is to enhance the lives of our members and the communities we serve. We're looking for a friendly, service-oriented Campus Connect Teller to deliver exceptional member experiences through our Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) platform.

In this role, you'll assist members with a variety of financial transactions, identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet their needs, and help strengthen member relationships through engaging virtual interactions. The ideal candidate is passionate about service, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Campus Connect department serves members from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. Although shifts may change, the ideal candidate would be available to work the 10:30 – 7:00 shift.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver exceptional member service through interactive video teller technology, creating positive and engaging member experiences.
• Accurately process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and account inquiries.
• Listen to members' needs, answer questions, and recommend products and services that help them achieve their financial goals.
• Build strong member relationships by identifying opportunities to save members time, money, and provide greater financial peace of mind.
• Perform account maintenance and support members with routine account servicing needs.
• Research and resolve member inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Support branch and organizational goals through proactive member engagement and qualified referrals.
• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, security standards, and fraud prevention practices.
• Balance ITM transactions and maintain operational accuracy.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on service excellence.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service, cash handling, banking, retail, or financial institution experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport in a virtual environment.
• Comfortable using technology and working across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Commitment to providing outstanding service and creating positive member experiences.
