The Division of Administration/Office of Finance and Support Services has two vacancies. The positions are located in the Financial Reporting Section. These positions are responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, expenditure analysis, and revenue projection. Maintains spreadsheets and submits to management specialized reports used in the budget process.

The Office of Finance and Support Services provides comprehensive accounting services, including financial reporting, analysis, budget development and preparation for the Division of Administration and various offices and agencies within the Executive Department. The services provided by OFSS involve a range of agency responsibilities for implementing financial operational policies and procedures, preparing and monitoring all budget functions and providing monthly and annual financial statements to ensure accurate and timely financial services.

The work is performed in compliance with state, federal, grant specific and office rules, policies, and procedures and are reviewed on the basis of results, reports and outside independent audit, both federal and state.

The Division Of Administration Is The State Government’s Management Arm And The Hub Of Its Financial Operations.
