FP&A Analyst

Keller Executive Search is partnering with a leading organization to identify a talented Financial Analyst who can turn data into insight and insight into action. Our client operates in a dynamic, growth-oriented sector where sound financial analysis directly informs strategic decision-making at the highest  this role, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while building the models and analyses that guide investment, cost, and operational decisions.

You will also play a central role in evaluating acquisition opportunities -- building valuation and pro forma models from raw target financials and supporting the deal team through financial diligence. You will collaborate closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams, providing the clarity and rigor that leaders rely on to plan for the future and pursue growth.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance and trend analysis
• Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Build acquisition valuation and pro forma models from target financials to support live M&A activity
• Support financial due diligence, including quality of earnings analysis and integration cost modelling
