Minimum QualificationsSix years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus three years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
A bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate plus two years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services.
Experience SubstitutionEvery 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.
Job Duties- Monitors Medicaid program inboxes to identify and prioritize high-volume, high-priority, and time-sensitive communications.
- Reviews and routes beneficiary, provider, and stakeholder inquiries to the appropriate staff or program areas for timely resolution.
- Ensures outgoing email communications comply with Medicaid policies, program requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Conducts quality‑assurance reviews of email communications and takes corrective action to address errors and prevent potential compliance issues.
- Provides guidance and training to staff on Medicaid email protocols, documentation requirements, and professional communication procedures.
