High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting especially psychiatry inpatient or outpatient strongly preferred
Dependability professionalism and strong customer service skills
Exceptional multitasking ability and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with scheduling preferred
Interpretting and utilizing excel preferred
Your Role & Responsibilities Collaborate closely with psychiatric healthcare staff to support patient care Maintain accurate records in our EMR system
Travel to patients homes long term care or post acute care facilities within a 50 mile radius
Record vitals document medication lists update medical history
Schedule NP Psychiatry visits including Telehealth and In Person Visits Perform various clinical and administrative support tasks as needed
