Life Enrichment Assistant

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a reliable and compassionate /Life Enrichment Assistant to join our Baton Rouge team. In this role, you will assist the Life Enrichment team with activities that promote engagement, socialization, and overall well-being for our residents.

• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with setting up or supporting group and one-on-one resident activities.
• Encourage resident participation and help foster a fun, welcoming environment.
• Provide companionship and support to residents between activities as needed.
• Contribute to creating a positive community atmosphere where residents feel engaged and valued.

• Clear Driving Record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with older adults, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
• Familiarity with cognitive and physical limitations commonly associated with aging
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
