Practice Overview

• You’ll join a supportive team with two Psych Nurse Practitioners and a Behavioral Health Director
• 100% outpatient integrated care as part of the medical visit
• Engage in traditional patient panel counseling alongside brief interventions
• EMR system: eClinical
  
  Works with electronic screening tools

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No on-call requirements or weekend work
• Real-time "warm handoffs" from medical providers
• Flexible approach to patient volume; no specific caseload expectations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $68,000 – $78,000 annually
• Encounter-based and quality-based bonus plans
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 403b retirement plan

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a U.S. licensed LCSW; LPCs and LMFTs also considered
• Comfort with treating a wide range of ages and substance use disorders
• Expertise in CBT, DBT, or EMDR is highly valued
• Ability to supervise LMSWs or PLPCs preferred
