Ochsner Health - - Responsibilities:
Provides clerical support for the department and Interdisciplinary Team.;
Serves as Patient Experience Ambassador for the unit.;
Adapts to rapid changes in the unit / department in a positive, constructive manner.;
Assesses EPIC chart reports to ensure unit charges/utilization are maintained adequately.;
Handles admit/discharge/transfer functions, manages reservation and processing activities, manages phones and call bells, and refers requests from patients, family, and staff to the appropriate personnel.
