Position OverviewBehavioral Health Inpatient Facility Manager.
Responsible for promoting, directing, and supervising the effective operations of a residential treatment center and ensuring adherence to the Integrated Care Model.
Minimum Qualifications- Master’s degree in human or health services, social work, or social sciences and at least four (4) years of experience in health services, behavioral health, nursing, or counseling, OR
- Doctorate in a related field with at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Direct, plan, and implement programs serving the residential treatment needs through the R.I.S.E. Treatment Center.
- Assess program needs and recommend services to the Administrative Program Director.
- Administer treatment center programs by scheduling and supervising staff.
- Oversee the effective operation and accessibility of the center, determining personnel, material, and equipment requirements.
- Initiate correspondence, complete reports, participate in trainings and outreach initiatives.
Probational, Promotional, Demotion, Lateral Transfer, or Detail to Special Duty.
LocationR.I.S.E Treatment Facility.
Compensation & BenefitsEligible to apply for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (up to $50,000 for a 2‑year full‑time clinical practice).
