• Perform support tasks in the Radiology department under the direction of a Registered Technologist to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient imaging operations.
• Assist technologists with patient positioning and exam preparation.
• Transport patients to and from Radiology while adhering to all BRGMC policies.
• Promote positive interactions with patients, staff, and medical professionals.
• Maintain communication with patient care units and assist with departmental flow.
• Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of transport equipment and exam areas.
• Manage linen distribution and oxygen supply needs, reporting equipment issues promptly.
• Support safety practices by adhering to infection control, patient identification, and HIPAA policies.
• Perform lifting services, attend required meetings, and carry out additional support duties as needed.
