Reporting Developer – Oracle Subscription Management​/CX

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Developer with a strong background in Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle CX applications. The role will focus on designing, developing, and optimising reports and dashboards that enable business stakeholders to gain actionable insights into subscription, customer, and revenue data. Prioritise work to ensure all day 1 reporting and analytics are built and tested.

• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts across Oracle Subscription Management and CX modules.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to capture reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimise existing reports for performance, usability, and accuracy.
• Support business stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and troubleshooting of reporting issues.
• Ensure reporting solutions are aligned with best practices, data governance, and compliance standards.
• Document reporting specifications, technical designs, and test scripts.
• Must have strong experience as a Reporting Developer, ideally within Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle CX data models.
• Strong communication skills, with experience working alongside functional leads and business users.

• Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle CX data model knowledge
• SQL (writing, optimizing queries, working with complex datasets)
• OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) – creating and optimizing reports
• BI Publisher (BIP) designing and customizing reports and extracts
• Data visualization & dashboarding turning raw data into actionable insights
• Ability to work with complex datasets and translate them into clear, meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with data migration and integration in Oracle Cloud
• Exposure to Oracle ERP Financials reporting.
• Familiarity with data migration and integration approaches in Oracle Cloud.
• Experience in subscription-based business models.

The successful candidate must be a hands-on Oracle reporting specialist with OTBI/BIP/SQL skills, comfortable being the only reporting developer for Subscription Management & CX, but able to collaborate with wider finance, business teams and data conversion.
