Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on-site role for a Security Systems Specialist located in Baton Rouge, LA. The responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems, including video surveillance and access control. Additional tasks include providing technical support, diagnosing system errors, and training clients on the proper use of security equipment. The specialist will collaborate with team members to ensure systems are functioning efficiently and meet client requirements.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and working with Information Technology systems.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with security systems and industry‑standard tools and software is a plus.
- Experience in security system installation, maintenance, or technical support is advantageous.
