Senior Principal Consultant – NetSuite Retail Implementations

Job Description

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Demonstrates experience to deliver business solutions that help customer’s adopt Net Suite to their specific operational needs. May act as the functional team lead on projects. Develops and configures detailed solutions for all types of implementation projects in Apparel, Footwear & Accessories and Health & Beauty segments.

5 years of ERP experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting implementation experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

• Partner with customers to document and validate their business requirements, map them to solution functionality and configure/customize the Oracle Net Suite application to meet their business needs.

• Conduct sessions with the customer via the phone or in person, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.

• Provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a ‘go-to’ resource for specific functional areas.

• Contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities and participate in Subject Matter Expert programs.

• Adopt an agile approach to blend technology with business innovation to help customers achieve success.

• Support the sales cycle through scoping of Professional Services engagements, executive-level prospect meetings, and solution reviews.

• Assist in expanding Professional Services sales’ installed base of existing customers, as well as present and promote the value of Oracle Net Suite Professional Services to prospective customers.

• Train and mentor more junior consulting staff.

• 5 or more years of cumulative relevant experience to include significant ERP solution functional solution implementation and/or administration.

• Expertise in Products industry vertical focused ERP solutions, with experience in the Retail or Apparel industries preferred that includes full understanding of product sourcing, procurement and omnichannel sales.

• Net Suite platform solution experience strongly preferred, HOWEVER competing platforms will be considered.

• Consulting experience strongly preferred.

• Strong time management and organizational skills preferred.

• Strong project and team leadership skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Net Suite product certification a plus.

• English language read/write/speak proficiency.

• Modest to moderate, as appropriate.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

CA:
Hiring Range in CAD from: $90,300 to $140,300 per annum.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
