Manager – Cloud Accounting Client Success

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager – Cloud Accounting Client Success to manage assignments related to supporting client relationships and ongoing annuity for our SaaS product, Sage Intacct. You will ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle, promote add‑on products, and maintain expertise in Sage Intacct and upcoming product releases.

• Educate clients on software features and add‑on products.
• Develop standard operating procedures, training materials, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to replicate and document system issues; prioritize cases, investigate, and resolve issues.
• Conduct periodic meetings to capture feedback and identify opportunities.
• Lead teams, allocate resources, and oversee delivery of client lifecycle activities.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Assess manual accounting processes and recommend automation.
• Maintain data integrity, procedures, and controls.
• Prepare work papers, coordinate approvals, and submit orders in Sage Intacct.
• Ensure documentation from client agreements is current and properly stored.
• Advance product knowledge through courses and certifications.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of deliverables.
• Communicate client progress, pain points, and concerns; manage expectations and deadlines.
• Identify roadblocks and promote improvements in service, processes, and financial performance.
• Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• Occasional extended hours, travel, or work from firm or client locations.

• 7–10 years of experience in accounting roles, system support, or implementation.
• 7+ years with cloud-based accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, Quick Books Online, Oracle Net Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• 3 years of experience managing client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Sage Intacct or similar financial management software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Net Suite).
• Knowledge of general accounting concepts, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial management processes.
• Strong technology aptitude and learning ability with software applications.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
