Lead Automation Analyst – Agentic GTM Team (POS-19197)

As a Lead Automation Analyst within the Agentic GTM team, you will be the primary architect and builder of AI‑first solutions designed to drive scale and efficiency for Ops and Sales.

• Architect & Build: Lead end‑to‑end design and execution of complex automations using Workato, Hub Spot, and Breeze Studio, leveraging Python/JS and AI coding assistants.
• Strategize: Partner directly with Sales and Ops leadership to translate ambiguous GTM challenges into phased, AI‑powered technical roadmaps.
• Technical Excellence: Act as the bar raiser for the team’s technical output—standardizing intake, QA, and observability to ensure enterprise‑grade solutions.
• AI Implementation: Build sophisticated, LLM‑powered workflows and autonomous agentic capabilities beyond simple triggers.
• Cross‑Functional Influence: Drive alignment across stakeholders by translating complex technical architectures into clear business value and scalable logic.

• 5+ years in Automation, Ops, or GTM Engineering within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record leading the technical lifecycle of high‑visibility, cross‑functional projects.
• Deep understanding of the Lead‑to‑Cash lifecycle and sales productivity bottlenecks.

• Deep hands‑on experience with iPaaS solutions such as Workato and enterprise CRMs (e.g., Hub Spot), Snowflake, or similar.
• Proficient in SQL and programming languages (JavaScript/JSON, Ruby, Python) to extend platform capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience implementing LLM‑powered workflows, RAG, and agentic frameworks in production.
• Familiarity with modern software delivery practices (Git, CI/CD, APIs).

• High autonomy—massive bias for action and navigate from vague idea to shipped product with minimal oversight.
• Rigorous quality—maintain high bar for testing, documentation, and error handling.

• Annual Cash Compensation Range: $129,200–$206,700 USD.
• Eligible for on‑target commission and annual bonus targets under Hub Spot’s bonus plan.
• Eligible to participate in Hub Spot’s equity plan (restricted stock units).
• Some roles may be eligible for overtime pay.
