Position SummaryWe are hiring an Information Governance & Litigation Support Analyst to join our team and are open to hiring at the Senior or Lead level depending on experience and qualifications. Reporting to the Director, Cybersecurity Services and Information Governance, this role is responsible for designing, executing, and maturing enterprise legal hold and information governance capabilities. The role supports the full legal hold lifecycle, maintains strong partnership relevant departments (such as Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, and Business Areas), and ensures defensible, efficient preservation, retention, and disposition practices across the organization.

- Deliver and improve legal hold, eDiscovery, and Information Management processes across enterprise systems for both digital and paper records.
- Support information collections, analytics, and defensible export using eDiscovery tools.
- Align retention, classification, and disposition practices with legal and regulatory requirements while minimizing over‑preservation.
- Ownership of and expert execution of end‑to‑end daily operations, co‑lead complex matters, and develop SOPs, policies, and processes to standardize operations.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor program performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and design/implement controls to mitigate legal risks.
- Coach analysts and deliver training to stakeholders.
- Drive automation, modernization, and adoption of new tooling and capabilities.
- Own and evolve the enterprise legal hold and information governance program, including policies, SLAs, audits, and governance frameworks.
- Architect scalable, enterprise‑wide processes and oversee complex matters, advanced analytics, and process improvement strategies.
- Lead cross‑functional coordination and act as primary liaison to Litigation Counsel; mentor team members and set organizational standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Legal Studies, Business, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Experience in records management, information governance, legal operations, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and/or IT.
- Working knowledge of legal hold processes, retention, data lifecycle management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with M365 data lifecycle management and eDiscovery tools.
- Ability to perform data analysis, support operational improvements, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and design scalable processes.
- 4 years combined experience in records management, information governance, legal operations, audit, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, or IT (Preferably administering M365 retention and/or eDiscovery).
- 7 years combined experience in records management, information governance, legal operations, audit, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, or IT (Preferably administering M365 retention and/or eDiscovery).
- Relevant industry certifications such as CEDS, IGP, CIP, CRM, PMP/Agile, Lean Six Sigma, CRISC, Microsoft compliance/security certifications (e.g., SC‑400), or privacy/security credentials (e.g., CIPP, CISSP/CCSP).
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, within your scope of responsibilities.
- Job duties are performed in a normal and clean office environment with normal noise levels.
- Work is predominately done while standing or sitting.
- The ability to comprehend, document, calculate, visualize, and analyze are required.
