Southern Louisiana (Regional Travel to Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles)
We're partnering with a growing organization that's looking for an experienced Regional IT Manager to lead IT operations across multiple locations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee a team of IT Support Technicians, drive regional IT initiatives, and serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues, infrastructure projects, and day‑to‑day support.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of IT Support Technicians.
- Oversee IT operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for hardware, software, networking, and system‑related issues.
- Support desktop, endpoint, network, and infrastructure environments.
- Manage IT projects, including new site deployments, hardware rollouts, upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Partner with IT leadership and cross‑functional teams to improve processes and standardize support.
- Coordinate with third‑party vendors and service providers.
- Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation for critical support needs.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and operational standards are maintained across all locations.
- 7+ years of IT experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Experience managing Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure teams.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, desktop hardware, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise IT support.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, peripherals, and network issues.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree is a plus).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
- Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Leadership role with high visibility and ownership.
