Southern Louisiana (Regional Travel to Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles)

We're partnering with a growing organization that's looking for an experienced Regional IT Manager to lead IT operations across multiple locations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee a team of IT Support Technicians, drive regional IT initiatives, and serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues, infrastructure projects, and day‑to‑day support.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of IT Support Technicians.
• Oversee IT operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery.
• Act as the primary escalation point for hardware, software, networking, and system‑related issues.
• Support desktop, endpoint, network, and infrastructure environments.
• Manage IT projects, including new site deployments, hardware rollouts, upgrades, and technology implementations.
• Partner with IT leadership and cross‑functional teams to improve processes and standardize support.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and service providers.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation for critical support needs.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and operational standards are maintained across all locations.

• 7+ years of IT experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Experience managing Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure teams.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, desktop hardware, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise IT support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, peripherals, and network issues.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree is a plus).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check.
