What We’re Looking For:Deep technical expertise with a commitment to continuous improvement
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
3–5 years of progressive experience in systems engineering or infrastructure support
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience
Demonstrated hands‑on experience with:
Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
Backup and recovery systems (e.g., Veeam, Rubrik)
System monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds)
Service Desk ticketing tools (e.g., Service Now, Zendesk)
Preferred certifications:Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate or M365 Fundamentals
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
Citrix Certified Associate (CCA)

- Support, maintain, and optimize a diverse IT infrastructure including server, cloud, and virtualization environments.
- Administer Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS. Design and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
- Maintain VMware and Citrix platforms for performance and reliability.
- Manage enterprise storage solutions and ensure robust backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Monitor infrastructure health using Solar Winds and other tools.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure network integration and system uptime. Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests via platforms such as Service Now.
- Participate in ongoing infrastructure enhancements, including capacity planning and patching, while also contributing to the on-call rotation.
