It Program Manager

This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business improvement strategy, partnering with internal stakeholders and external consulting companies to redesign end-to-end workflows, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The position drives transformational change, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures that redesigned processes are sustainable, measurable, and fully integrated across the agency.

• Proven track record delivering process improvement or strategic initiatives.
• Coaching and Development – Ability to provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill area.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-department initiatives. Knowledge on Project Management Agile Methodologies (SCRUM)
• Proven experience developing and executing a strategic plan to redesign end-to-end workflows
• Experience partnering with consulting companies to identify areas for improvement
• Experience enhancing operational efficiency and driving sustainable, measurable outcomes

• Seven years of experience in information technology; OR
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus five years of experience in information technology; OR
• An associate's degree in information technology plus five years of experience in information technology; OR
• A bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience in information; OR
• A bachelor’s degree with twenty-four semester hours in an information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or business analytics field plus four years of experience in information technology; OR
• A master’s degree plus four years of experience in information technology.
• EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
• Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time…
