Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana Inc. is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead a team of IT Support Representatives, oversee first and second level support for multi-divisional applications, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
You will interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff, manage workloads, and report daily to the Director, IT Service Delivery. Louisiana residency preferred with a regular 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule, Monday through Friday.
