Overview
This position manages Louisiana DOTD's statewide Maintenance Management Systems program, overseeing system implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The specialist administers applications including Agile Assets, Level of Service, Trade Off Analysis, and Mobile Work Manager while coordinating with DOTD leadership, district administrators, and field personnel. The role requires independent work with minimal supervision and includes providing statewide training and technical support to ensure accurate data management and system performance.

- The role requires independent work with minimal supervision and includes providing statewide training and technical support to ensure accurate data management and system performance.
- Six years of experience in transportation/safety program development, implementation, or administration; or engineering, architecture, geography, human resources, financial operations, IT, risk manage
- Bachelor's degree plus three years of relevant experience, or advanced degree plus two years of relevant experience
- Experience with maintenance management systems, data administration, or system implementation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and training skills for statewide personnel support
