Program Manager 1A (Data Analyst)

Turn data into meaningful change as a Program Manager 1A (Data Analyst)! Support the transition and diversion efforts of persons from institutional services to community-based care, specifically the My Place and My Choice Louisiana Programs. This is a program manager level position requiring the incumbent to play a key role in leading the data collection and analysis efforts to meet the growing reporting requirements for these programs.

Responsibilities include extracting data, writing queries, developing programming logic, running reports, manipulating data, building dashboards, and analyzing results relative to the operations of these programs. The incumbent will work directly with My Choice and My Place Louisiana program managers to develop quality and performance measures, management reports, semi-annual reporting to federal partners, and ad hoc requests from executive management.

The incumbent should demonstrate the following skillset:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Writing complex computer code experience
• Experience with data management/analytics tools (R, Python, SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Preferably, experience programming SQL queries
