The IT Statewide Manager 3 supervises teams of contracted and OTS technical employees providing functional business support, application development, maintenance, database administration, and data warehouse services for the Office of Group Benefits statewide systems. Located in the Division of Administration/Office of Technology Services in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this position manages complex integrated systems including eEnrollment, IMPACT, data warehouse, and related applications serving approximately 360 agencies statewide.
The incumbent directs analysis of system changes, coordinates implementation of enhancements, maintains vendor relationships, and establishes programming standards and quality control procedures.
- Seven years of experience in information technology or administrative services, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree with relevant IT experience
- Experience with application development, database administration, and data warehouse management
- Demonstrated supervisory and team management experience
- Experience managing complex, integrated statewide systems and vendor relationships
