UI​/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us elevate our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics. They will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website, applications, and other digital platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts
• Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital platforms
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with marketing and communications teams to maintain brand consistency in all digital designs

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and a user-centered design approach
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
