Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating the agile process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with our development team to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, while also promoting a collaborative and transparent work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for all agile processes and ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team, product owner, and stakeholders
- Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and best practices
- Identify and remove any obstacles or roadblocks that may impede the team’s progress
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure the team is following agile methodologies and adhering to project timelines and deadlines
- Continuously improve and refine the agile process to increase efficiency and productivity
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
