The Episcopal School of Baton Rouge is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Chat Support Agent to join our team. The Chat Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our students, parents, and faculty through our online chat platform. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the school.

• Respond to chat inquiries from students, parents, and faculty in a timely and professional manner
• Provide technical support for our online learning platform and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Assist with registration, enrollment, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the school's programs, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our community
• Document and track all chat interactions and follow up as needed
• Continuously seek ways to improve the chat support process and provide feedback to the team

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a chat or online support role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and helping others
• Familiarity with the Episcopal School of Baton Rouge and its programs is a plus
