CENCO Claims is expanding its daily field coverage throughout the Baton Rouge area and is seeking dependable property claims adjusters to help support ongoing claim activity.
This role offers
consistent assignments, clear expectations, and the flexibility to manage your own field schedule
, all backed by a responsive internal claims team.
Inspect residential and commercial properties to evaluate damage from wind, hail, water, fire, and other covered losses
Document findings with clear photos, measurements, and detailed field notes
Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives
Manage assigned claim files while meeting carrier timelines and reporting requirements
Active Louisiana adjuster license
Experience working with Xactimate or Symbility estimating software
Reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and standard field inspection equipment
Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
Availability to accept assignments and submit reports on schedule
Consistent daily claim volume in the Baton Rouge market
