The Groundsperson reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including groundskeeping and light maintenance tasks.

• Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
• Trim, edge, and mulch as directed
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
• Clean grounds and breezeways, including trash collection
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently
