Base pay range$48,300.00/yr - $70,720.00/yr

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services – uninterrupted. Based in Baton Rouge, LA (North Plant) you’ll lead complex mechanical repairs and mentoring programs. In this role, you will also coordinate with operations and engineering. Your expertise will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of facilities, empowering communities to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Lead major equipment overhauls
- Perform root cause failure analysis
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Mentor junior mechanics
- Coordinate with vendors and engineering teams

Here's what you'll need
- 5–10+ years in mechanical maintenance
- Advanced mechanical knowledge
- Familiarity with SCADA and CMMS systems
- Blueprint and schematic reading skills
- Trade certifications
Physical Requirements
