FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, hours may vary. Full time.

Pay Range: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour.

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and apply proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
