What You Need:

• Diploma/GED, plus any extra trade creds.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Knowledge ofpumps, compressors, and gear-reduction systems required.
• Understanding of instrumentation, sensors, and electrical controlspreferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision measuring tools.

How the Day Goes:

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document tasks in CMMS.
• Repair motors, belts, sensors, switches, bearings, and other components.
• Support warehouse equipment, including forklifts and conveyors.
• Collaborate with team members and train operators on equipment and safety.
