Come Back Clean is looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals who take pride in their work and want to grow with our team. We offer 30–40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule
. Professional residential cleaning experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person. Bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn—we’ll provide the paid training to help you succeed.

You’ll clean clients’ homes throughout the Baton Rouge area, working independently or alongside another team member.

Duties include:

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning household surfaces
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Completing routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
• Following company checklists and checking your work before leaving
• Caring for cleaning supplies, equipment, and clients’ belongings
• Arriving on time and communicating with your team

• Monday–Friday daytime availability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds and perform regular bending, kneeling, reaching, vacuuming, and mopping
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for work instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
